Blown Film Machine

The two-layer co-extrusion machine is your ideal choice for producing high-end plastic products, such as stretch hood films, electrical insulation films, agricultural mulches, packaging films, medical packaging films, shrink films. The raw material formula for each layer can be customized respectively according to your requirements.

Slitting Machine

  1. Duo cutting system: razor cutting in the air and shear knives.
  2. Equipped with web adjustment roller. It can reduce the winkle that cause by the low parent roll quality.
  3. Unwind tension auto controller with load cell sensor.
  4. Web guiding system (printing line & edge)

Equipped with meter counter which can stop the machine automatically when preset length reached.

Sealing Bag Machine

  1. Servo motor driven, efficient mechanical structure produce 60 bags per minute.
  2. User-friendly control panel, easy to understand easy to operate.
  3. Equipped with double servo motor and double photo sensor. Operating simultaneously with double line of di­fferent sizes of printing bags and plain bags.
  4. Machine stops when abnormality is detected.
  5. Equip with front thick bags sealing device, will able to produce any long length of bags.

Rewinding Machine

  1. Employs the high precision web guiding system to turn the defective products into qualified products.
  2. The constant rewinding tension is ensured by using the load cell sensor incorporate with auto tension controller.
  3. Rewind tracing roller mechanism which can vary with rewind diameter due to maintain the same winding angle. This mechanism can improve the rewinding quality greatly.

Printing Machine

  1. printing speed 100 mts/min
  2. Standard printing length is max. 1000 mm, bigger printing length.
  3. These flexographic printers are able to print in two colors, in line with extruder machine.


凹版自動印刷機

用於OPP、LDPE、HDPE、PVC、PP等高品質材料之印刷袋，印刷最大幅面1200mn。
